Biography

Residing in Southern California, Ricardo is a Mexican artist whose goal is to envelop his audience in fantastic worlds that are grounded in reality and cultural importance. He aims to take his viewers on journeys through the worlds he builds through storytelling and strong visual development.  

Ricardo has graduated from California State University Long Beach with a BFA in Illustration, emphasizing in Pre-Production. He has since then self-published his first picture book, Compendium of Partemsian Wildlife.

His major influences are Pixar, Studio Ghibli, The Legend of Zelda, and the Avatar: The Last Airbender universe. 

His main aspiration with his artistic career is to hone his skills and gain traction in the entertainment and animation fields, whether it's through television/film, video games or illustrated stories.
